weekend.

{The Oh-So-Coveted Three Day Weekend}

We kicked off the weekend in celebration of an extra day off with happy hour at El Camino (where else?) and a gallery opening. A rainy and productive Saturday was accompanied by vegetarian chili and homemade cornbread - best rainy day food ever. Sunday we met my folks at the Condor's Nest for some wedding caterer tasting (you guys, it's really happening) followed by a 3 hour mimosa-induced nap. Monday we biked, played tennis, and chilled in the afternoon sun.

(last) last weekend

I'm running a little behind, guys. Apologies.

1 & 2: Friday night dinner with friends at Barrio Star. Followed by Pinkberry.

3 -7: The unseasonably warm weather (of last last weekend) drove us to the beach, Pipes to be exact. Francis surfed some baby waves whilst I finished my book and snapped some photos.

The Weekend of the Baby Shower

Some lovely friends and I hosted a baby shower a week ago. And, um..it was fabulous. Great food, baby-themed Scattegories, and lots of beer.
