Dinner and lots of sangria with friends Friday night (here). A rainy walk to the farmers' market Saturday morning was followed by raspberry-cream-cheese-coffee-cake eating and catching up on ma' current events (also known as fashion magazines). Saturday night we endured more rain and stopped by a birthday gathering in Encinitas, complete with Catchphrase and rats. Yes, rats. Sunday we rode bikes around town hitting Cafe Bassam and the zoo.
