Baden Baden

We spent our last full day in Germany exploring Baden Baden, a posh spa town in the northern foothills of the Black Forest (Baden actually means "bath"). We explored the tiny cobblestone streets lined with boutiques and cafes, treated ourselves to a couple hours in the local baths, and eventually parted ways with the family who continued on their journey. Francis and I shared an early evening cappuccino and piece of pie before our drive back to Konstanz through the aptly named Black Forest.

We can't wait to go back.
