Vancouver Part III

Alas, our last day in Vancouver was glorious. It was a day of coastal wandering and the exploration of various Vancouver neighborhoods (those who know me know I insisted on exploring some posh residential areas and Francis obliged - reason # 2,030,845 why I love him). We explored the University of BC campus, botanical gardens, and its surrounding forest trails.

We made our way over to the amazing Naam (again) for lunch and afterward we walked about the hip area of Kitsilano. We walked through Kits Beach, past the Vancouver Yacht Club, Jericho Park, and some other areas I can't remember. Before meeting up with friends for drinks and dinner, we made our way through the unexplored eastern part of Stanley Park and up to North Vancouver.

After drinks in North VC (at the Lonsdale Quay Public Market) we headed downtown for sushi and a long post-dinner stroll through the city. The following morning we packed up and headed down Seattle-way for a few more hours of WA before heading home....
